Ever since J.Crew’s sister label Madewell landed on this side of the pond, I have been lusting after each and every piece. From simple wardrobe staples such as striped tee’s to ripped jeans and various jumpsuits, Madewell has got the art of off-duty dressing down!
I don’t usually like to pick favourites, but I think this denim jumpsuit might just have to be one. I like to think that I put more thought into what I am buying these days. That I think about the longevity of an item rather than just constantly making impulse buys. I want my wardrobe to be made up of pieces that I will still want to wear in years to come – and you really can’t go wrong with denim.
This jumpsuit (or Super Mario suit as I like to call it) is made from soft non-stretch pure cotton denim and is cut for a slim fit. I rolled the trousers up for a casual day-time look but you can just as easily dress it up for an evening out by adding a pair of heels and unbuttoning a few more of those buttons!
