Boot Me Up…

Isabel Marant Etoile skirt (now on sale) | Stuart Weitzmann boots | Cashmere cape (it was a gift from my mother) | Le Specs sunglasses | Chanel bag.

When I got back to London last week I was really excited to get back to shooting my outfits. This is something I love about having a blog; the shoots are just so much fun and I love looking back at my outfits and seeing what I wore.

Its funny, in the first three months of pregnancy I did everything to try and cover up my changing body (have I mentioned how much my boobs have grown?! As much as I appreciate the free boob job I really do hope they get smaller again post pregnancy) and now that my pregnancy is out in the open I do everything to try and show my growing bump off. I feel as though I am still in that funny in-between stage though where unless I wear something really tight its a bit unclear whether I am pregnant or if I just piled on a few pounds over the festive period! She is still small but growing every day and its amazing to see how my body changes (but more of that in future posts.)

In the very early stages of my pregnancy I was already finding that trousers were a bit uncomfortable to wear so I was living in leggings and skirts. And then I would just add something loose on top. I count my blessings that I will be at my most pregnant in late spring/early summer because styling up loose dresses is infinitely easier (not to mention more comfortable) than layering up during the winter months. Nevertheless I am a sucker for winter boots and I basically haven’t taken off this pair of Stuart Weitzmann Lowland boots since I bought them. I have them in suede too but leather is just so much more practical as you never have to worry about whether its going to rain or not (that happened a lot in London pre-Christmas!) So if I had to recommend one pair of winter boots, these would be it!

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend xx
