The Fashion Bug’s Story: I often have a tough time deciding what to wear for a mid-week dinner out. You know when you don’t feel like going all out and wearing a dress but you don’t want to be too casual either? Enter the leather trouser and “fun” top combination. Since buying this pair of leather trousers from my go-to brand Iris&Ink, many of my “OMG I don’t have ANYTHING to wear” problems have been solved as I could literally live in these day and night. That being said, the trousers need a top to finish off the look and I am never one to downplay fashion; if I am wearing a bold pair of trousers then I am most certainly going to wear an even bolder top. This cardigan (although a bit man repellent I think judging by the look on my husbands face when he saw me in it!) was something I picked up in Topshop last week which I LOVE. When you find a trend that works for you, you should totally embrace it and this jacket fits in perfectly with my current 70’s love fest!
