The Fashion Bug’s Story: Yesterday I had the pleasure of spending my afternoon at the breathtakingly gorgeous Moda Operandi showroom in London. Moda Operandi allows you to order looks straight from the runway through their website, as well as holding exclusive trunkshows at the actual showrooms in London (currently showing Sophia Kah) and New York. Clients in London are invited to try on styles (and can pre-order them) whilst enjoying a glass or two of champagne in the luxurious space that was designed by interior designer Fran Hickman. The London showroom is situated in a mews street in Belgravia, and is decorated with toy panthers, a sprinkling of high-value fine jewelry, pieces of art from Guy Bourdin and rails of heavenly clothes. As soon as I walked in I wanted to move in…forever!
The Fashion Bug’s Tips: After something bespoke? Let Moda Operandi sort it out for you as they love to work with designers that do personalised products such as Edie Parker, Del Toro and BU bags.
