I have been asked a lot in the past few weeks about my pregnancy style and how I put together looks that work with a bump. Honestly (I am sorry to say!) there is no magic formula. You have to work out what styles are most flattering on your changing body shape and then look for comfortable but stylish pieces that you would wear were you not pregnant. Wearing non-maternity clothing with a bump definitely requires more effort and planning but for me its totally worth it: I feel like myself. It also makes more sense from a financial perspective; I buy pieces that I will want to wear post pregnancy and not just put into storage until my next pregnancy.

Last summer H&M did a cotton sundress that was basically a copy of a Chloe SS15 style and I always regretted not buying it. I recently discovered the online store Storets (I’m totally obsessed with their Instagram account btw) and to my delight came across their “Blooming Daisy Dress” that is very similar. Its such a simple little dress but I love the oversized silhouette and the floral detailing, and it works with my now massive bump. Its the perfect dress for a beach vacation or a summer city break and its obviously a fraction of the price of the Chloe one! Wishing you all a wonderful rest of the week xx
