Self-Portrait Dress | Gianvito Rossi Shoes | Tada & Toy Earrings
Hi my loves! I am back from an amazing few days in Mallorca and will be posting all my photos soon. However I wanted to first share these with you as they might actually be my favourite photos ever taken (massive statement I know!) In London I work with a professional photographer (whom I love!) but my amazing husband (who btw has become a real pro at photography as of late) helps me out on holiday and it always feels different when he takes them as our relationship is so special. He knows me inside out, knows what angles I like/dislike and he always makes me laugh so its a much easier process in a way. As I mentioned on Instagram, sometimes you find a dress that when you put it on just makes you feel absolutely amazing and this dress is exactly that for me. It is literally my dream dress. Also white long dresses instantly make me feel all bridal again and as its been almost a year since our Ibiza wedding, all the happy memories came pouring in as soon as I put this dress on.
Someone asked me on Instagram about sizing because they were thinking about wearing this for their baby shower, and as I myself have been on the hunt for a baby shower dress I thought it was a good time to post a guide with my top contenders. I am slightly bias towards white dresses so I have included lots of them (my Self-Portrait one and the Novella Royale one are personal favourites!), but pastels are also really pretty for the occasion. If you really feel like splurging then I have included two amazing really pricey designer dresses – the yellow Stella McCartney one is to die for. Whether you opt for a long or short dress, make sure it fits comfortably over your bump as you want to feel your best on the day.
As per usual, none of them are from maternity brands so these also work for any of non-pregnant followers out there (perhaps for an upcoming wedding? but obviously not the white ones!)
