Happy Wednesday! The last day of June I can’t believe it. The past month has been so full on for me but I guess when it rains it pours. Casimir having to go to the hospital was so stressful I literally didn’t sleep for 3 nights but I am just so thankful that he is healthy and happy and home 🙂 I often think in life when something challenges us we can choose to use that to grow, to see the positive, to channel it into something.
I cannot tell you how excited I am to go on holiday! Even though we were very lucky to go away last summer, things didn’t exactly feel normal. I love the quieter side of Ibiza but it was really strange last summer with clubs not being open. Plus I was pregnant and had the WORST morning sickness; I had literally found out a couple of days before we were due to travel that I was expecting baby 4 and thats the main reason we decided to drive. So I am thrilled to be going away this summer (and to be flying haha because I am not sure right now I would repeat that road trip with four little ones!) We have quite a few holidays planned so fingers crossed we get to go.
My go-to for holiday dressing is always NET-A-PORTER. I love how easy it is to shop the site – they have an entire section called The Summer Shop with so many gorgeous brands and pieces. I wanted to focus today’s post on a few of my favourite brands as I am currently organising my holiday wardrobe and bought a few new pieces I cannot wait to wear.
PatBo: First up is this brand who do the most divine cut out dresses. I am wearing one of their pieces in these photos and I love how the dress made me feel. They come in such a lovely range of colours and prints perfect for a holiday night out. This metallic one on sale is also gorgeous.
Zimmermann: This has been one of my forever holiday favourite brands and I love how this collection feels slightly different although they do have some of their classic styles too – this dress is a shorter version of a dress I have from a few years ago. And next on my wishlist is this gorgeous dress again with cut-out sides.
Sleeper: This is just such an easy brand to wear and to take on holiday. Great for bumps too! Will definitely be taking a few of my dresses with me this summer and I adore their new lime colourway as well as their new short&shirt sets.
Matteau: The last brand I wanted to highlight in this post is Matteau. They have such gorgeous timeless pieces – lots of very wearable dresses. I just ordered the pink maxi dress – it’s the most perfect shade of bubblegum pink.
And lastly I wanted to share a few more cut-out dresses I am loving because its a trend I am fully embracing right now – love how effortless yet sexy they are. xx
*This is a sponsored post with NET-A-PORTER but as usual the words and opinions are all my own.
