The Fashion Bug’s Story: This is a very big year for me and I feel like I already have so much to celebrate that I didn’t need to make a big thing out of my birthday. However, as usual things didn’t exactly go as planned and I ended up celebrating my birthday for an entire week!! It all kicked off with a lovely family dinner at Roka Mayfair for which I wore a fabulous Iris&Ink midi bodycon dress. I was then showered in gifts on my actual birthday and celebrated by going to Nobu for a delicious meal. I wore a cool super comfortable cashmere maxi dress from a new favourite brand of mine Demylee. The celebrations then continued on Friday with a birthday drinks party my fiance organised for me at The Belgraves Hotel (which has become somewhat special to us as we had our engagement party there last year!) – it was so amazing to have my closest friends all come together and celebrate with me. And I was shocked at the gifts I received – I really have the most generous and loving friends! As if this all wasn’t enough, the week concluded with Valentines day where once again I was spoiled rotten and spent the day eating at the newly opened Darwin brasserie in the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building followed by a long riverside walk. I truly feel like one very lucky girl!
